This week (10/5/10/9) we are starting a daily fitness opener. Each day that you log in we will do a log-in activity. It is on the front page of your PE moodle page. For 9th graders it will be under Module 2 and for 10 th graders under Module 10. Go to daily fitness opener week 1. The first week topic is from a link to the COOPER Fitness Institute.
Each day this week when you sign in, check out one different tab per day. Please take 10-15 minutes, only ,to check out something new from the website and write your responses/comments into the journal. It will collect and time stamp your responses. We hope you will learn some new components of fitness and enjoy the journey!!!
